This is my 3rd box of the Epson name brand color toner. Each box of color I've used only printed 1 set of copies of about 20 pages. I have no idea where "Rufus" the AI is getting yield is 600 pages. Lies. Also, when I order this Epson product, it never arrives at the advertised day. If it says "1- or 2-day ship" don't believe them! I ordered the 1st and got it in the middle of the night on the 8th. Twice I've gone online to make a 2nd order for generic colors - not Epson - because they lied about the shipping day. Plus, when they start changing the shipping day, it's so confusing! It goes from this day to that to another with vague messages about "being delayed and we'll get back to you". No, I won't be buying Epson brand anymore. The knock offs arrive quicker and just are just as good; cheaper, too!
