Blades only rotate but doesn’t grind. I didn’t keep the original box as we thought it will work the same way as original jar but very disappointed with the performance. Can’t return the product 😔😔😔

Already have a larger chutney jar. This smaller one does a much better job on smaller quantities.Noticed that some claims were made that this bowl was no a preethi, well I bought one and it is a Preethi and works great.

I had tightened the lid and was also holding it down with my hand, but it still sprayed the whole kitchen with contents.Awesome product if you are thinking of painting your kitchen with chutney!!! I was able to even get a designer mint and cilantro spray patterns on my new t-shirt. I am going to try it with tamarind and tomatoes for earthy tones. Thinking of starting a stained T-Shirt business. Want to buy???

I had to buy this for my mixer grinder model from 2006. It worked well and grids everything nicely.

The Jar fits my 10 yr old Preethi mixer perfectly. They have changed the design a little, specially the coupler to the motor which looks flimsy - only time will tell if it will last. The grinding feels a little coarse. The lid design is vastly improved. I did like the ocean green color of the older jars
