Absolutely love this! I have RA and there are times that nothing seems to help with the pain but I put this on before bed and I am able to rest!! Would totally recommend!!

This cream is amazing and smells good!! Definitely helps getting a good nights sleep!! Just need to remember in the morning to wash it off your feet because it will end up drying out your skin.

I like this magnesium cream. Only reason I’m not giving five stars is because when I put it on the bottom of my feet at night in the morning, it’s sticky seems to not absorb like other magnesium cream I’ve used, but it does work really helps with sleep…

Soft, crammy, and absorbed into the skin. Apply at night before bedtime. Smells wonderful. I had no issues with it.

I did not get a chance to see if this works. The first night I applied it I ended up washing it off because it is so sticky I could not sleep. I was very disappointed. Maybe in winter I could use it with pajamas and socks, to cover, but as someone who is a hot sleeper, I kept waking up and trying to separate my legs. I finally got up and washed it off, then slept, except for the cramps…

This helps me relax each night. I rub on both the bottoms of me feet before going to bed.
