Very cold
I love this product and have bought more than one. Works like ice but you don’t have to sit around. You can get in with your day. Doesn’t smell. Very good pain relief

Felt nice when first applied but it did affect my skin making it very itchy. Had to stop using it.

Very impressed with this. Delivers a similar tingle to deep heat, except cold, and somehow more all-encompassing. Also long lasting.You need to add a second application of it a couple of hours after the first to increase the benefit.

It does help.
Bought this to help with pain in my hip. Feels cool when applied but not cold. I felt it did help when used regularly. It does not alleviate pain but it does ease it a bit.
