If you need full month and week spreads, this is it!
After several years trying various paper planner types, this is the one that I've found works best for me. 2022 will be my fourth year using this planner; never before in my life have I been so consistently satisfied. Of course, everyone's planning needs are different, so here's the rundown on how I use my planner, which should help you decide whether this one will work for you.I'm a freelance writer-illustrator who is this year finishing up my first bachelor's degree. I also work part-time for my local community college as a Japanese tutor. I therefore need to plan long-term projects while still remembering appointments and meetings that occur on a daily and weekly basis. I find the monthly spreads in this planner extremely useful for setting myself up for success every month, showing me the big picture all at once. The weekly spreads then help me keep those long-term goals in mind while not forgetting everyday responsibilities and plans. Usually what I do is fill out the monthly spread on the first day of each month, then I fill out important dates in the weekly spread each Monday, and every night I fill out the next day's schedule in the weekly spread. This planner is also great because it includes a personal information section, which is helpful in case you lose your planner or during an emergency; a general contacts section, where I usually tape the business cards of new contacts; and a huge section of lined paper taking up the second half of the book. The latter feature means I don't have to keep track of a separate notebook, whether I'm in need of writing space at home or while I'm out, which always comes in handy. I'll have finished school next year, so I might not use the notes section as much this time, but I'm sure I'll still be using it for brainstorming, making shopping lists, taking notes about my work, and even just using it as scrap paper to revive drying pens or take down quick phone numbers. There are two things about this planner that have been minor but persistent negatives for me in the past, but this year they fixed one of them! There's always a sheet of sticker tabs included to mark the months if you like, but until the 2022 planner, the colors seemed wantonly chosen and not particularly harmonious. I've included a photo showing how much the color selection has been improved this time. As a professional illustrator, minor things like this really matter to me, so I'm stoked that all through 2022 I'll get to see this beautiful rainbow gradient in my planner every day!The one thing left that bothers me about this planner, which wasn't fixed this time, is the use of "Columbus Day" instead of "Indigenous Peoples Day". I know this isn't an issue to some people, but it's actually really irksome to me, and I'm sure other people understand that feeling. It's not enough of a problem to make me not buy the planner, but perhaps someone with the power to change it for 2023 will see my review and act!In summary, I absolutely love this planner and see myself using it for years to come. The paper is nice quality, it comes with two ribbon bookmarks, a pocket on the back cover, a pen loop, and a closure strap, to mention the other nice qualities that I hadn't covered above. If you need a planner that has both monthly and weekly spreads, I recommend giving this one a shot!

Best Bang for your Buck Year Planner: Superior Quality; At this Price Point it is unprecedented.
You will have to search far and wide to find a Yearly Academic/Office Planner that is comparable to The Lemome Academic/Weekly Planner, in my opinion. For starters, the paper....oh, the paper. This is high quality, premium (125 gsm) textured paper. The Planner has the "feel" of a high priced Journal or something; I have owned many Planners, in my day(s), and have yet to come across one that boasts "heavy" paper, as the Lemome Planner. The Faux Leather (mine is Black) has a classic, clean look and is aesthetically pleasing. The actual "Planner" (why we buy these things) is compact and "efficient" (if you will). Plenty of writing space for daily tasks, errands, et. al. Like most Planners, it has a "Quick Reference/Emergency" Page, a 2018/2019 Yearly Overview Page and a Major Holiday Page (utilizes a Column to list out Holidays and Dates for 2018, 2019 and 2020 (useful if your day-in-day out activity involves, well, "Planning" - I am a Small Business Owner who lives/dies by Holiday Traffic, so it will be extremely useful for me....Google Search(es) Goodbye!). The back page contains a United States Map (listing each State Capital and U.S. Time Zones). I have not counted but there must be between 50-60 blank pages for Notes, Reminders, etc. once you reach December 31, 2018; you could seriously utilize this (if you are not long-winded) as a daily journal (although the Manufacturer makes no claim of it being anything short of an A5), so that is nice perk, if you are into journal writing. But if you "are" into journal (not Novel) writing, you will absolutely love this gem.As for the Calendar, Monday - Wednesday occupy the left side of the Planner and Thursday - Sunday occupy the right side (Weekly). The Planner will lay flat (180 degrees) with ease, which is a huge perk, for my needs. Again, the pages are thick and high quality and my Pilot (V7 Precise) Fine/Rolling Ball Point Pen really "likes" this; smooth sailing, no smearing, mess, etc. There is also a pen loop which easily holds two of my V7's. There are two page markers/book marks which allow you to "hold" multiple spots, if need be.Long story short, this is a simple, clean and high quality Yearly Planner. For in/around $20, you will not find anything remotely close to outshining the Lemome Planner (and it's a Classic A5). I seriously cannot understand why anyone would "not" like this Planner, if what you need is something compact, convenient and doesn't cost a fortune. This is my first purchase of "Lemome" anything and have probably not submitted an Amazon Review in five (5) years but this product needs to be owned/utilized by the masses (that need it); I am confident, once /if you try this Planner, you will look no further come 2019, when looking for the same, I know I will not! A Lemome Man, I am. Sold!
