Basically - if you eat less and exercise more you lose weight. We all know this but why doesn't it work sometimes?!I am sure you are reading this because you want to look into more detail after seeing something about the pills. I know I did! Yes they say take half an hour before food - sometimes I manage this sometimes not yet still seems to work.I have been using for a further week and lost another 2 pounds. Its slow and steady weight loss yet that is what I want! You keep it off if its slow - we all know you don't if its a fad diet.You will not lose weight with these if you do not change your eating and exercise habits - however, they work if you do to lose that little bit extra and I can feel the results now.I have not have any sides effects but made an effort to ensure I was drinking lots of water - not just the odd glass or two but really trying to have lots at least 1.5 litres a day to ensure I didn't get bloated or constipated. The product works well enough that my wife continues to use it regularly. The issue I have is with the price. Without a special offer it is pretty expensive. The last time I ordered I noticed that VAT was not included in the advertised price. Not illegal but not standard practice either.

I was taking these for some time. I've tried the 10 day trial pack in the past a few times to see if they work before spending a load of money on the months supply. I found that by using them in fits and starts didn't work for me. I realised that the results can't really be seen or felt until you have been taking them for at least a month or so. I started taking them in January last year (2020) and included them as part of my diet and training program. Having battled with my weight for most of my life (I'm 44 now) I'd tried every diet out there. So I decided to put my own weight loss program together. I reduced my calorie intake and included XLS medical max. I lost 7 stone in 11 months. Just before I hit my target weight I decided to stop taking them to see what would happen. I lost weight but extremely slowly. For me personally these tablets have been my god send. I know there not cheap but if your willing to spend the money then they really do work. No issues with constipation or any other side effects at all.

Do not buy these as they are a complete waste of money and an expensively marketed con as far as I can tell. Let me explain why I think this. Once a year, and for the past 15 years I have a major purge and diet to get back to a common starting point. (over the last 15 years the starting point has increase a little but still, not far off!) For a month I don't drink, i eat healthily trying to keep my intake down to 1000 calories or less each day. I try to do a little exercise like brisk walks for an hour a day. The least I have ever lost is 12LBS, the most is 18LBS and generally its over 14 LBS or a stone. this time I used XLS Max exactly as directed and kept to my strict routine. After a month I've lost 11-12LBS, or the lowest I ever have. Also I would say that I have put more effort and "cheated" less this past month than I usually do when having a purge. I was hoping to loose at least twice that amount as they advertise you can losses 3 times what you would normally. So twice doesn't seem unrealistic. TOTAL WASTSE OF MONEY

I took these in the hopes of boosting weight loss. I am a late 30s female and decided to do something about my weight and lifestyle as it was impacting my health. I took these along side doing Slimfast, 2 shakes a day and 1 main meal. I was also exercising more and had purchased a walking pad so that I was able to get some extra power walking done without having the leave the house.I took these religiously for 1 month. My weight did not improve, if anything it seemed to get worse within the first week. I think overall I managed to lose about 2lb over the course of a month. I had such high hopes for these as I had read so many good reviews and knew that it was a trusted company and that the ingredients were all approved. Unfortunately it just has not worked for me at all. I know that my biggest pitfall with my weight is snacking and eating when I'm bored. But I put a stop to that and was very firm with myself to make sure it didn't happen.Since I have stopped taking them, I have actually began to lose more weight. I am continuing with Slimfast and my exercise plan (I am on my feet all day but always get the extra walking in at home). All I can say is that these may work for some but they did not work for me.
