Great quality
Easy to solder and install. You get what you pay for.

Image shown is not the same as product
Be aware that the product is not the same as in the picture. The image shows a thin, Coarse knurled split shaft . The actual product has Fine knurling and a thick shaft. See Mary Renouf's review for an actual accurate picture of the product.

These are NOT 500k
These pots seem well made but when measured I only got 411k ohms rather than 500k. This makes a big difference. Having a 20% manufacturers tolerance is not really a quality product.

You won't be disappointed... Great item!!!
Excellent quality, as it should be expected from DiMarzio items.Smooth but not loosy action. The push-pull action is reliable... Only a bit hard to push, but easy for me to get used to that.I do prefer this item over the similar ones from Gibson and Fender.

Not good enough for the price
If you do get one of these, do not solder to the back of them. I did and it the push pull mechanism got stuck. Also the readings when using a multimeter came to 44-45k which is not acceptable. If you want some high quality pots for a good price, look up alpha pots, they're great!

Quiet switch
Works a treat. I used it for the split coil option for a humbucker.

Excellent if not expensive.
These are excellent, not great value though.Note as with all DPDT switches, the protruding lug on the bottom (the knob being the top) is where you are supposed to solder your ground lead to prevent heat damage to the poles.I do wish the likes of DiMarzio, Alpha and Bourns would follow the lead of cheaper generic ones and put a file in that lug to make it easier to solder the grounds.Still I would rather have the better taper and more reliable switching of the premium brands. I have had a few cheap push pulls just stop working or the centre shaft breaks.Deduct one star for the price.
