Q: Is there an inline pressure regulator that can be used with this kit? My rv’s onboard lp regulator does 15 psi output which is too high for grill.

Use camper regulator with grill, remove the regulator at the grill will not work with 2 regulators

Yes you can but not sure if 2 x 25ft. hoses would work that well because of the long run. 2 x 12 ft. hoses would work well connected together.

Q: Can this hose be used to connect the a Blackstone 22" grill to a standard 20 lb propane tank?

This hose will NOT work. There is one listed from seller DOZYANT that has the correct ends for what you are trying to do. You MUST have a pressure regulator inline to run directly from the standard 20lb tank. I run one of my griddles using the Blackstone regulator with a hose that replaces the small bottles off of a 20lb tank. I do use the hose on my RV without a regulator because it it already regulated by the RV system.
