I pull mine up kind of tight. So for me they do go to the belly button.

Bathroom friendly? It’s underwear, so yes, you’re able to take them off and put them on like regular underwear. But it requires a bit more effort. They’re Spanx underwear so they have the tummy control factor which makes them less stretchy. Hope this helps!
