In the military it is known that one of the most common injuries that occur at the knees and the lower back. Taking care of these hot spots are essential. While I myself can not say that my injuries significant to compact if this product can heal over a period of two weeks I can say that during a few gym sessions I over extended a few presses and got my elbows in a bind. Does nothing for me

I am a track athlete over 35 and the demand on my knees has caused pain. Within 24 hours of taking this supplement I felt relief.
