Good art paper to use for watercolour painting
Good quality watercolour paper, would prefer this paper pad to to have been the size it used to be, that was 12" x 9".

Nice quality paper
I do a lot of painting, including watercolour. The last paper I bought was very textured, I needed something with a bit of tooth but smoother, this had good reviews and is obviously a reliable brand.I'm pleased with it do far.It isn't the best I've used but this is reflected in the price - this is affordable, and half the cost of other pads I've bought (literally). There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, I don't think I'd use it if I was working on something to sell but it's ideal for day to day painting. It's maybe not quite as absorbent as I'd like. However it's lovely and thick and has a good bit of weight to it.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

Great quality for beginners
After doing some research and wanting to get into watercolours I found, cold press 300gms paper works best. However I didnt know if these had any cotton in them. The price is decent for the 12 sheets and a great way to see if you would get invested than buying more, however I did find equally as good paper for cheaper! You can get 50 sheets, same press and quality for £18, therefor making these seem pretty expensive.I would recommend to anyone who wants to try watercolours and doesn't want to spend too much or invest in a lot of sheets! The only downfall (may be due to paints and brushes ) is that once dry it didn't blend as well as examples I was following. May be down to the cotton % also.
