Best NAS drives I own.
I have nine of these now for video and photo editing and archiving. I have never had one let me down, unlike the WD Red drives they are replacing.

Beware if you're buying the 10TB version for a Synology NAS
The 10TB version has write cache disabled when using in a Synology NAS. This means volume repair will take forever when using these to expand storage capacity. It's incredible that this is not disclosed moreso as Seagate is the recommended brand for Synology.

Packing bad
HDD is great,The packing not so muchBox was about twice the size of the HDD with two soft eggs shell pads(foam)Then that box was in another box that 3 times bigger with no protection.I would imagine it was rattling around quite a bit. Not good for a fragile product
