Great for nerve regeneration but why include biotin?
Good product for nerve regeneration/pain/neuropathy. Works even better alongside acetyl-L-carnitine. This combination is often used in Germany by Doctors to good effect, check out the clinical studies.This the R version which the active form of lipoic acid, normal alpha lipoic acid contains both R and S versions, the S is inactive. This R lipoic acid is purely active, much better.This is always a good brand, impressed. I've taken one star off for inclusion of biotin, no idea why it is included to be honest.

Take on an empty stomach.
Bought these r lipoic acid to lower my glucose levels. To early yet to see if they work. Not a bad item, if works will be great. But are only giving 3 stars because they can gave me stomach acid. Make sure you take them on an empty stomach. Give at least 4hours after food.

Hidden ingredient you can overdose on
Very stupidly you have added Biotin without sufficient display on the front cover. This should be advertised as Lipoid Acid + Biotin, instead it's hidden in the ingredients. I have inadvertently been overdosing on biotin because of this, which has now masked my critical traponin blood tests. (Yes Biotin interferes with blood tests on several key tests). Now I have to clear my system of your product before taking another blood test.I hate it when mfr's do this - add ingredients which have not been advertised on the product, causing people to overdose. Very stupid!!

Im not a bad asthmatic I only really suffer in the winter but ...
This supplement has almost cured my asthma when I take this I no longer need my inhaler. Im not a bad asthmatic I only really suffer in the winter but I have to say I haven't had to use the inhaler once. I took it for anti aging initially but this is a nice side effect.

Recommended to me for my MS but after taking the whole course I noticed no difference.
