An excellent product cuts through bread dough cleanly making dividing portions an easy task. It's comfortable in you hand, just the right weight and size. A versatile utensil for the kitchen especially with a measuring scale on both sides, one side inches and the other centimetres. Great looking too.

Like everyone in lockdown I've been making my own bread and other baked goods to curb boredom and make use of my extra time - after getting sticky dough stuck to my hands too many times and ruining a few loaves of bread I decided to splash out on a solid dough scraper. This does the job, it's very sturdy, cuts through dough with ease and is now my go to tool when dealing with any type of dough in the kitchen. Also really useful for scraping down work surfaces too! Price good for the tool and feels good quality.
