Lovely item, very happy. Nice and sharp, easy to use and goes round curves and corners like a dream. Stores safely and feels sturdy and good quality.

I bought these for my wife as she is dabbling with a bit of dressmaking and she is over the moon with them. She uses them on thin fabric on a cutting bed and she was over the moon with how easy and controllable they are and with the sharpness. Excellent product.

I make clothing and bags in particular and have a few rotary cutters so I am compare.This one feels very good in the hand and easily keeps to a straight line even when not using against a straight edge such as a ruler. For the first time today I used this to cut 250msg card as was crafting and it just sliced through with no effort...clean crisp cuts. It is great for cutting fabric too and I will enjoy using this. The only thing I wish is that there was more than one blade supplied with the cutter but that is the same with many of them.I like the fact that by pressing a button on the side the blade stays put whether opening or locking. It definitely cuts Very well and easy to use. So far definitely recommended.

Started some bunting and needed a sharp cutter that was quick and easy, and this fitted the bill perfectly. It feels really great, there is a button that keeps the blade out for cutting, which means you can focus on the project, and the blade is easily retractable when you are ready.

Lovely retractable feature for safety and very easy to lock in place to cut fabric. A new tool in my sewing box but not looking back!

The media could not be loaded.  Now you think "but we have scissors" and you would be right, they are great for the finer work and odd shapes. This rotary cutter is necessary, like you need these two things! I can cut a pattern out incredibly quickly. If you have a large cutting mat and keep the pattern in place you can easily go around the edges with the cutter. It does straight lines (takes a lil practice and maybe a ruler) and curves. When making masks for example I need to cut through multiple layers. You just sweep straight through it with no issues, just press a lil harder. You will find that scissors can leave jagged edges when doing 8 pieces of cotton, plus the layers tend to move a lil and you don't get exact copies. This thing gets you EXACT copies. If you are going to get two things, look at the video and get those scissors and this.On a side note with Fiskars, they are used across the world by fashion houses that have been round hundreds of years. They know their business. I had an issue with a set of scissors that were 4 years old, they sent me a replacement pair without more than a copy of the receipt. They are fabulous and will be a brand I stick with. For goodness sake do not get cheap scissors it just wastes you time.

So sharp, you don't even know it has cut through! Love it.

It's not the cheapest thing in the world, but it's good. I was very happy when it arrived, just surprised the blades don't last as long as I would like them to. Weekends are my sewing days, and the blades are as "good" as my cheeper blades. I also bought the zig zag scissors and they are a bit stiff. As much as I hoped this brand will be thebest, I will not purchase this brand again.

Great quality and good price

It took me a while to understand that I could lock it (first pinch, then push the orange little switch to lock), but now I'm happy to use this tool to cut fabric on a cutting mat. Push the orange switch back to unlock and retract the blade -- great to protect your fingers, as well as to protect the blades themselves from other metal objects.

It cuts what I want cut, very easy for a person with strong shoulder muscles for hard materials

Bisher habe ich Jerseystoffe immer mit der Schere geschnitten weil mein Respekt vor Rollmessern zu groß war. Doch ich lese immer wieder, dass das Rollmesser erste Wahl bei Jersey ist. Nun habe ich mich für das Fiskars Rollmesser entschieden, weil es zu einem linkshändergeeigneten Rollmesser umgebaut werden kann - und das geht problemlos und schnell.Nun ärgere ich mich, dass ich nicht viel früher ein Rollmesser gekauft habe. Das Rollmesser schafft ohne Probleme mehrere Stoffschichten sowie Flies und Thermolan. Die Schnitte sind einfach sauberer und der Zuschnitt geht viel präziser und schneller. Wichtig ist, dass man eine geeignete Unterlage anschafft, damit man sowohl Tischplatte als auch die Messerklinge schont. Ich habe mich für die COPIC A1 Schneidematte - Grün entschieden. Sie hat mit A1 die richtige komfortable Größe und harmoniert sehr gut mit dem Rollmesser. Das Schneiden ist übrigens eine sehr sichere Sache. Sobald man den Griff loslässt zieht sich die Klinge zurück. Da habe ich mir im Vorfeld umsonst ins Hemd gemacht. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall sehr für Schneiderabeiten empfehlen. Auch könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es der perfekte Helfer beim Kartenbasteln wäre. Für Kinder ist es aber nicht geeignet.Sollte das Rollmesser einmal stumpf werden bekommt man optional Ersatzklingen.[...]
