an excellent supplement that provides higher doses than most of the usual stuff available. Only word of caution is that the tablets are quite big and can be a little difficult to swallow

No difference experienced
Having used a full bottle at 1 per day I can honestly say I have not felt any quantifiable difference other than bright yellow urine.
