Really nice, carries a lovely heat that isn't too confronting.

If you are gonna make Birria Tacos, or anything that needs Chipotle chilliesThese are the best I have found.Warm ( not overly HOT ), spicy, fruity and sweet (Thats the Adobo business for you)Great - you just need somewhere to keep the ones you dont use straight away

I doubted just how nice they would be but will be stocking up on these going forward. They taste amazing and really add a great flavour to Mexican dishes.I used half making shredded chicken and then the other half in a chilli and it took both to another level. They are spicy so would recommend using half a tin per recipe if you like heat but less if not.Only issue is they suggest using them within a couple days after opening, so I’m surprised they don’t last that long but no issue really as I enjoy cooking with them.

Ok so these are great - fab taste, fab heat. I'm using the chilli's and the sauce in loads of things.The order always arrives promptly.Only issue, if you can call it that, is that for every one tin I get that is pristine, I get one tin that is dented. I've ordered a few times and this seems to be modus operandi.

They really need to have the ingredients listed on here (I can’t see it). I was just expecting the peppers in adobo sauce. But when I opened the tin it was chock full of gross onions. I HATE onions. So I had to try and fish the peppers out and scrape the onion off. I’ve ordered other tins and they’ve never had this onion filler in. It’s not needed and if they’re going to add it, they should make it clear in the listing.

Delicious great with tacos or roasted sweet potatoes
