This only records to compressed MP3 files, so you'll hear that "jingle bells" garble in the background of all of your recordings. There is no uncompressed WAV feature. The autop function didn't work on the device I received. The blue light stayed blue when I hit Record and pressed Play whereas the green light flashed when I pushed Record then pushed Play. The player wouldn't record to an ExFAT formatted 4gig USB stick, but did record to the FAT32 format on the same stick.I might keep this as a cassette player but I'll likely record the audio tethered to my laptop since this device is not capable of the quality I need.

This product arrived in good condition and fit the bill for the purpose which I purchased it. The sound is clear with all the need options get plenty use from it.

This is great for bringing my tapes to formats that my digital players can use. I allow it to auto tape then I add the name and performer information. I would only like for it to have auto stop after it records both sides.

its not as easy to use as i thought. you need another program to get it into your computer
