I keep mine in the freezer in case of migraine. It works really well. It helps to block out light, it feels lovely and cool around your eyes and because it has some weight in it, it applies gentle pressure to your forehead and cheekbones (without pressing on your eyes).Comfortable enough to sleep in as well.

This is a fantastic product. Very apprehensive because of cause as us migrane sufferer's are aware, nothing ever really touches the surface of stopping our migranes.This product is the only non drug product that really prevents the migrane from developing. It is so comfortable. At night i have worn eye masks before but they become unconfortable. Not this one. I think the silicone helps it mould to your eye socket shape and really blacks out your sight (another bonus).Havn't even used them from the freezer yet but i bet that will be even better! Definately buy if you have a migrane they are fantastic.

Surprisingly good, but it’s too tight.

We all use this eyemask in my family! My husband suffers from migraines and bad headaches. He wears this mask and tells me that it alleviates his pain. He also uses it when he is sleeping in the daytime after a nightshift and it helps with his rest. I have used it myself and have found it most relaxing, particularly as it presses around the eyes and blocks out all the light. We have tried out other eyemasks (with gel or beads in) and felt that this one has been most successful and definitely worth the money.

Am newly pregnant so for the first time in 15yrs I can no longer rely on my best friend (codeine) to get me through my semi-regular migraines. I've only used this once but was very pleased with how effective it was - the cool temperature of it after keeping it in the fridge poised and ready for action was lovely, not so cold as to be uncomfortable but definitely cool enough to make a difference against a pounding temple. The weight was nice too, I always find I need to apply pressure to my temples during a migraine, usually the heel of my hand, and while this wasn't quite as firm as I'd like it was still really helpful. It worked best for me while I lay flat on my back, which is the biggest drawback for me as I like to sleep in the foetal position on my side so I couldn't get *quite* comfortable enough to properly relax and fall asleep but it was still an excellent aid and am sure I'll get a lot more use out of it.

Don’t usually review anything but this mask has had such a positive impact of my life. So much so that I buy a new one if I have to go more than one night without it, and I recommend them to absolutely everyone I see (so much so I’m buying them as presents throughout the year as well ). This mask has really changed the way I sleep for the past two years and I really explain how much I rely on it - thank you for creating something brilliant!!

I'm very disappointed with this mask and bought it on the basis of previous reviews. I expected it to help with my migraines however I find it very heavy and tight to wear when I have a headache. It hasn't helped at all.In the original product information it said it could be heated and as this often helps me when I have a headache. However there is no information on the actual product about heating it and it reccomends you keep it in the freezer.An expensive mistake.

I have been using these masks for years and have bought 5 that were amazing. Have decreased my migraines massively. However, this purchase the strap has been changed. It is far too tight and has to be worn too high otherwise it squashes your ears. So disappointed. Will not be buying again.
