We got these as sterilizing the first two was a hassle. This allows a bigger break in steralising between pumps and has probably paid for itself in electricity saving.However, the bottle teats are fine but honestly you may want to buy a different brand if you're only buying this to feed the little one. Mine seem happier on other brands.

These bottles with the 0-3 slow flow teats are hands down the best bottles we’ve found for newborns. After finding the teat so much more successful than other ‘newborn’ bottles from other more known brands two more of my new Mum friends who were having issues with wind or bottle acceptance have borrowed and had just the same success. You do need to be careful of cap, always clockwise or it can cause the bottle to come away and leak but once you realise it’s easy to mitigate and well worth it.

I don't understand how it can be so hard to design a simple screw cap. On several occasions the lid has slipped on its own screw thread, spilling precious breast milk. Even though we double check each time that the lid is not cross threaded (it's far too easy to accidentally cross it), if you tighten the lid beyond finger tight it slips off the end of the thread and doesn't seal. Such a basic failing that needs to be rectified.

Bought these as they originally came with the breast pump I bought and seem to be a favourite for our son. However they can leak quite a lot so you need to be very careful putting in the teat and screwing on the lid as they sometimes don't seal fully.
