My plumber said it won't fit because it's a Euro import, and replaced with one he had. I offered him the original for free but he declined saying he couldn't use it on anything.

What is the diameter of the actual plug that is pressed in and out?

It is 38mm diameter , clicker is good but i had to use plenty of PTFE on threads as it was quite loose?
