Vgate iCar 2 Mini OBD2 II Bluetooth Car Diagnostic Scanner Torque Android(Black+Orange)

Difficult to fault it. In fact i cant. Plug it in, connect over blutooth or wifi and away you go. You can leave it plugged in as it'll go in to a low power state after something like 30 minutes, just press the button on the front to fire it back up. Allowed me to solve a problem with my zafira in minutes, so worth the cost for that alone.

Does what is says and the Android App is on the CD just need to Bluetooth it across to the phone. Took a couple of tries to pair with my phone but after that it works fine.

With some of these Chinese ODB2 devices with the Jaguar X-Type. They work with the V6 Petrol, but not the diesel. This one works fine with both and is constantly plugged into my 2.0d Estate in case i need it, Also with its reduced length, it sits discretely out of the way of being caught by your legs. Great little reliable device

Doesn’t work. Cannot see WiFi network and. I Bluetooth connection. Please send a new one.

Would recommend this to anyone wanting answers to the "Engine Light" on!!! Unlike others costing many times more, this doesn`t just give fault codes, it actually TELLS you what the fault is. An app download is required, but is simple to do. I got the Bluetooth version, so with link to my mobile, can give real-time info whilst driving! Can`t fault it.

It connects easily to my android phone and works reasonably well with the Torque app.There are occassional dropouts but nothing too bad and it could be the phone also running sat nav and dashcam apps at the same time that is to blame.My only major complaint is the failure of this device to auto wake from the auto sleep mode when the ignition is turned on. It is just a bit fiddly to reach under the dashboard to press the on button every time. I have not needed to unplug and re-plug the device like some other users have mentioned.I'd give it 4 stars if it would auto-wake

WARNING - The bluetooth version of the VGate iCar 2 OBD ***DOES NOT*** work with iOS.Whilst the device functions correctly on Android devices and provides basic options on the lite version of the Torque app, it is not possible to use the bluetooth connection on iOS devices. Please check the listings functions and ignore the features section where it mentions the DashCommand app.If you plan on using apps such as BimmerCode, you must purchase the Wi-Fi version of the VGate iCar.
