I love the locks I ordered 3 one for my front door back door and bedroom and they all link together perfectly no problem and quick way to unlock it took me 30 min to install all 3 and have them online linked to Alexa and Google home awesome quality for the money love the fact that the lock works with fingerprint and key definitely a great buy!!

The media could not be loaded. I have no experience in installing locks, but this was easy for me and my niece and I successfully installed this in about 25 minutes. The app is easy to use and i haven’t had any problems so far. The fingerprint recognition has been working great so far except for on my mother who has arthritis, but after a few tries it captured her print and she could use the lock. I appreciate the value, and I would expect to have paid more for all the functions and the sleek design. It also comes with several different size screws which came in handy because these were installed on fire safe doors in my family’s office. If something changes I will update the review accordingly. If you’re on the fence about purchasing I would go ahead and do it

This lock is for my bedroom. It’s really the holy grail of door locks; auto lock, biometric, keys, fob, and code.I was a little disappointed when I realized that it was not able to connect to my Alexa as advertised, but overall I love it. It was easy to install, setup and use. Excellent choice.

Should've put this in years ago! We put this on the door between the garage and house which usually was unlocked when to we had the old doorknob to avoid needing a key all the time. This is so easy and has so many entry options. It also paired well with the device that let's us unlock from our phones which is great when we need to let someone in or give a temporary code.

This thing is tge worst thing that I ever bought on Amazon. It comes with an app and at first it was okay fast forward a few months and they ask to update the app which I did because the message kept popping up. After the update there are so many ads on this thing every time I open so I can open my bedroom door. Sometimes I can not C it out, I have to either close the app or wait after the ads in other to open my own bedroom door. Please stay away from this rubbish. Also it takes a while before the app could actually open the door. Don’t even bother using your finger print this never works and it locks the door and alarm goes off after a few try. DO NOT BUY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK.
