No they don't come with chopsticks

Q: What is the best before date

Mine arrived a month out of date but that was before Christmas (2019) so they may have new stock in by now. Also Amazon refunded me immediately for the purchase.

Q: How do you make these?

However you want really.. I Pop them into boiling water til cooked, drain them and on a low heat add the sauce sachet to the noodles. Or you can just add the sauce while it’s boiling and have it as a stew type ramen. I chop some scallions/spring onions and fresh chillis on top. And sometimes add cooked chicken. They are whatever you make them.
