Battery pack
Took a good few hours to charge up feel well made heavy and durable yet to use but the design is pretty simple with the signature logo anker multiple charging points could have came with a protective casing been as it is a battery whilst charging I did notice some heat accumulate on the top of the charging port but been as it takes so long to charge up that’s probably expected over seems top notch considers I paid 25 pound for a power bank that can only charge my phone twice the price is pretty decent too considering the size

Underrated
Brought late 2020, been used and abused.Pros: large capacity, 3 USB-A ports, robust (has had many hard landings and even fell out my pocket whilst riding my motorbike at 50mph... case cracked and has some small holes but plugged with glue and still works!)Cons: not small (being powered by 18650s), has some weight, not the fastest charge but still ample to charge my S23 Ultra at decent speed, can only charge via Micro-USB (reccomend using both charge ports) which obviously has its limitations.Weighing up everything, I would definitely buy again. My only suggestion would for Anker to make a V2.0 and upgrade the charging in ports to Type-C at least.

Anker poor quality products and customer service
Be warned that Anker's products don't last as long as they should for the price, and their CS is pretty poor when you need to contact them.I have two of these 26.8Ah Chargepacks and two of the smaller 20.1Ah version. The oldest is one of the 20.1Ah packs at 5 years old and has had about 200 full charge cycles in that time. It has otherwise been well looked after and is always carried in a protective case etc.A few months ago it started completely refusing to charge. On a 2 Amp charger it should charge in about 12 hours. Yet I would leave it on charge for 24 hours and it would still be flashing only the first charging light. I've tried doing a full refresh several times, but this didn't solve the problem.I would expect some degradation of the cells considering the usage and age but not completely refusing to charge. So problem 1: The longevity of the device is poor and I have a £45 Chargepack now destined for the bin when it should have 50% of its life left which is poor value for money.I contacted Anker CS via Amazon on the off-chance they may be able to offer a resolution. It was a long shot but I've seen other reviewers praise Anker's CS so figured it was worth a go. My opening message was up front about the original order number, the age of the pack and included model number and serial number. After several replies the agent (possibly an AI bot) insisted I provide my current shipping address. I provided this thinking they were considering offering a replacement of some kind. They then replied pointing out the warranty was expired and they would not help further. I did not get an answer as to why they needed my shipping address to determine my warranty had expired when I'd already given all the information to determine this.So problem 2: Very poor customer service that insists on you handing over personal information that they do not require.I will not be buying anything from Anker again. Very disappointed with both the poor quality of their products and their CS.
