didn't work on my pc which has Windows 10 so I sent it back

I can relate to an extent: I got an error message when trying to open files I did not get any message telling me files were 0. Solved: The instruction manual tells you to download VLC player or real player, and then open your files using open with when right clicking. This may fix your error message. Not solved: Files saying their 0

Q: Have been advised by police to get evedence of harrasment will this work not verry up on tec things need all the help going

I bought this for my Son who lives in the UK, he said that it picks up sound very clearly from quite a way off, if you put it ob when you need it, it will record for a long time and then you can play it pick on your tablet, phone, or PC. It is apparently easy to use.
