A useful textbook on M&A, but approaches the topic qualitatively - highlighting key considerations throughout the M&A deal process. This book does not include details valuations - use Rosenbaum & Pearl or Arzac instead.

Bruner makes this book so easy to read with a concise step by step procedure. Great read for any novice student!

This book can save you a lot of time on previewing and getting the main concept. I like the bullet summary.And the problems are really helpful with finishing assignment. The question is not the same but the approach is almost identical.

This is useful. I wish there were more examples. Also, it would be good to have the solutions right after the problems
