How long after adding chemicals can you use hot tub?

I don't wait. I've added it directly before jumping in many times and never had an issue. I do have sensitive skin and these have never bothered me. I should note- the #2 and #3 should be added several hours apart (or the next day) for maximum effectiveness, according to the local spa guru at the hot tub place in my town.

My tub's level of Sirona sanitizer is too high, per multiple test strip results. Is there a product or household substance to safely neutralize this?
