Having piriformis is extremely painful. After three doctors with injections and still no help, I heard about this from my card group. As soon as I got home I placed my order. Opening the package, the quality of construction was immediately evident. The clear directions and ease of mobility permitted me to slip the hip massager under my bottom in a second. The pain relief began to slightly ease after a few rocks back and forth. By the end of the following day, I had rocked for a minute or two each hour. After enduring pain for ten weeks, this hip massager permitted me to return to my daily life! A hip massager! Who knew? This is a purchase for a lifetime with its multiple functionalities. The small size makes it easy to store.

This product is not good. It makes any condition on the back worse my chiropractor told me to stop using it.

This product when using moves around to much, so it is not easy to use for the issues listed. It does help stretch the back somewhat well

I was doing Yoga and tweaked my back, had pain radiating into my left buttock, it was so bad that if I walked a lot during the day by the time night came and when I sat for a bit I could barely walk. After one to two weeks of this pain I think I did something to my Pririformis muscle. I purchased a chair cushion and then finally this product. I started using this product above almost daily at first. The first few minutes of using this is painful but once you start to relax your tense muscles it doesn’t hurt as much. It works out knots. I will say it helped my pain but was not a cure, time and the correct excercises ultimately helped the best. What I love about this product is you can use it anywhere where you may have muscle knots. I would caution though if you are not sure what is causing your back pain be careful using any product as it could cause more damage. Overall I am happy with this product and would recommend to others.

I have two models of this product. This orange one is the one I travel with as it is lighter weight. At home I have a heavier weight one from a different company. I roll out my entire back by rocking back-and-forth on it and moving it a little bit at a time. then I turn over and start with my pelvic bowl and work down my thighs. then I turn over and work on my calves. It works great and helps my muscles.

Would work better if it was made out of better material.

The first 15 to 20 seconds were pure pain. I almost gave up but I decided to stay on it and see what would happen. I slowly started to feel relaxed in my back area. I stayed on the device quite a while and the next time I tried it there was no pain at all just a relaxed feeling. Which I enjoy. I also think I may be walking a bit better by I have only started to use it.
