I use this in everything: soups, stir fry, pastas. It's a great addition and adds a delicious mushroom flavor. This seasoning is a definite quality flavor. A great value for your money!

My favorite. Great seasoning (of all and any foods) with no MSG and other chemicals. Worth the price.

Great alternative to MSG. Adds great flavor to asian recipes. Adds the “umami” to dishes.

Beats Trader Joe's umami powder for everything I put it in while cooking. Especially makes amazing beef pasty filling omg. Throw some of this mushroom seasoning into a pan with oil, diced or shredded potatoes, rutabaga, and carrots, cook veggies down and add browned ground beef or game meat, and add preferred herbs/spices. I like garlic and onion powder with thyme and paprika. most times I don't bother making the pie crust. Just eating this by itself is so good! It's this mushroom seasoning that makes a huge difference. (Remember to omit salt if using this, or add salt last if more is needed!)

Easy to use with the rest of my seasonings. The granules dissolve easily. They just make everything taste a little better.

I'm always looking to punch up the flavor of recipes. This is now a go to for me.

I know this review will probably be buried among the thousands of reviews but here it goes. I have been using this seasoning for several years now and yes, it works great with a lot of foods, but it is a secret weapon on steaks and hamburgers. It doesn’t change the taste of the steak, it simply enhances the natural beef flavor. It makes it taste beefier. Many of my family & friends hate mushrooms, but they will not cook their steak or hamburgers without this mushroom powder. I’ve tried many brands, but this is the best one. I use half the amount of salt I normally would, pepper and a fairly liberal amount of this powder. Everyone I’ve served it to is in love with it. Trust me try it. And when everybody asks you, why your steaks taste so good tell them it was a little secret Brent gave me!😁
