I was on a road trip with my family when one of the tires on our car started to lose air. We were in the middle of nowhere, and there were no gas stations or repair shops in sight.I remembered that I had brought the Auto Joe air compressor with me, so I quickly set it up and started inflating the tire. The compressor was very easy to use, and it inflated the tire in a matter of minutes. I don't think anyone should get in a vehicle without an air compressor in case of leaking tires.I've used several cheap ones for years with mixed results.Seems that every "cigarette lighter" in every vehicle I've owned eventually all go out. So, if you have one of those tire inflators that requires that, you're screwed.Then, a friend of mine showed up one day with one of these rechargeable ones and I was blown away. No cord!So, I just had to get me one. After a couple of tries I ended up with this company's version.It's great, it's dependable.Pros:1. Portable, lightweight2. Rechargeable, no cord needed (although a cord is provided as an alternative)3. Automatically shuts off at the exact amount of pressure you need.4. Convenient built in flashlight.You get it.My mother saw mine and wanted one, so I got her this one for Christmas, just like mine!

I have owned about every type of 12v tire inflator over the years. They all have had deficiencies in common: a need for 12v extension wires to use with a trailer, uncertain when you reached needed pressure, slow fill rates, noisy & often cumbersome with wires and hoses and the compressor flailing away on the ground.This unit has none of those issues. It is light, hand-held, quieter than others I have owned, and has auto turn off when reaching the pressure you set on the digital screen. While I have not determined how many fills is possible with the battery, what I have noted is that both my SUV and pickup have 100 watt 110v outlets, so I can carry the included 50 w charger and recharge the battery while underway after use. Or carry my two other Sun Joe batteries that came with other products. The clamp for the tire valve is easy to use and effective, and allows one hand operation once clamped. The led light will be particularly valuable here in Alaskan winters. No more small flashlight in my mouth!Highly Recommended!

This is really easy to use and perfect for keeping tire pressure even. It’s lightweight and compact, so it’s no hassle to store or carry. I use it to maintain my tires, and it’s super convenient—no cords, just grab and go. It heats up a bit, but nothing to worry about. The quality feels solid for the job. There’s about a 2 PSI difference between what it shows and what my car detects, so I adjust for that. Still a great tool for quick tire checks.

Great Product. Works As Described.

This item is really great! No more firing up the big air compressor or having to wheel it out to the driveway when my tire pressure light comes on. Car, bikes, footballs, basketball, wheel barrows...I use it alot. A very handy tool.

The compressor does not work. I replaced the air chuck that goes over the valve and it will still not fill the tire. I have owned at least 8 of these in the past. I have given them as Xmas gits. I am really stumped as to why this one won't work.

This is the second one we purchased. IMO it's a "must have" item when it's hot or cold outside and you need to put air in your tires, etc. at home or on the road. The battery charge lasts a long time and you can just set the desired psi, ksi, or whatever measurement you use and it will show your present air pressure and automatically fill your tire and automatically shut off when it meets the targeted amount you selected. There is no need to screw on the hose to your valve cover because it simply slips on, locks down, and do the reverse to quickly remove it in a second. You'll appreciate that feature when you're in bad weather conditions.
