Delicious!
This stuff is absolutely delicious and a little goes a long way. If you're new to coming off sugar it might take a little bit of adjustment, as it would with any product. When I first started it it tasted a little strange to me, but I gave it a few weeks and now it tastes absolutely delicious and sugar tastes strange and kind of acidic and chemically now. This latest batch of monk fruit tastes more fruity and more sweet than previous batches I've gotten from Julian's bakery, it's even better than any I've had before! I have Celiac and I have never had any problems with cross-contamination with this product. A little goes a very very VERY long way. Even using this everyday multiple times a day this will probably last me a good 6-9 months at least. It doesn't have the bulk of sugar so it can't be replaced for sugar in certain recipes that rely on that bulk, so that's just something to keep in mind. But for things like drinks, pudding, and cookies it should be fine. I make up a batch of my own hot chocolate powder using two cups of organic cacao powder, two tablespoons of this monk fruit (slightly scant, it's strong stuff), and 1 and 1/4 tsp salt. I put that in a mason jar put a lid on and shake it really well to incorporate it completely. Then I can use it for hot chocolate with just hot water or with some coconut milk, I can mix it into coconut cream to make an instant chocolate pudding, and so on. I absolutely love the stuff and I hope they never stop making it. It's also great for keto and paleo.

Long lasting
Great brand of sweetner. Only takes 1/8 tsp to sweeten my cup of coffee. Much healthier than sugar. Been using this for years.

Love this product
Use just a tiny bit to get the sweetness required. Love the taste and the best I’ve found to replace sugar for diabetics. I add an eighth of a teaspoon to a bottle of unsweetened plant based creamer for a delicious coffee creamer. Use it in all recipes that require sugar. Just be careful on how much you use as it is 300 times sweeter than sugar.

Terrible aftertaste.
Holy aftertaste! For anyone that says this product does not have an aftertaste, they are LYING. It tastes exactly like Splenda. I maybe used about 1/8 of the mini spoon that came with it in my coffee, and I couldn’t get past the second sip. This product may be healthy if you are able to get past the aftertaste. Be aware because it is also non-returnable.

best
Best and one of original from way back... looks like reputable company (so many new no name companies selling monk fruit now) and no erythritol

Odd Taste
I so wanted this to be as good as many of the reviews said but it wasn't.It sweetened the food well, but the TASTE was just yucky, and the oddflavor tainted the food.As such, I threw it away.

Let's face it, it's not sugar. But at least it doesn't have erythritol like some others.
I've tried hard to get sugar out of my diet, but it just seems we're in it together for life.As far as this sugar substitute, obviously, the calories are zero. The container is a good size (circumference of a palm) and the amount of product you receive is astronomical compared to the amount you should use.I would consider purchasing even a smaller "spoon" as it is WAYYYYYYYY sweet. And since it's not sugar sweet, it definitely packs a different kind of punch. Nonetheless less, the value for the money is great. The quality is difficult to say, since we can only believe what is written on the packaging.I can compare it to the only other monk fruit sweetener I've had which was from the same company that does the "sugar in the raw" packets and theirs contained erythritol and that was terrible. I repeat, ERYTHRITOL IS TERRIBLE. Which is what lead me to this product in the first place.
