Cokusky Charging Port Flex Cable Dock Connector USB Port Replacemnt Part for HTC One M8 (Double Pin)

The order provided the tool kit of screw drivers and plastic tools. The plastic tools were breakable, and forced innovation when usefulness was quickly lost. Opening the HTC One (M8) using the plastic tools was a challenge, even for me. I had to bring in more "robust" tools to open it up. All else was easy. The motivation to make it work was based on new HTC phones costing > 700$. Successful install, charging now works reliably, and phone functions perfectly!

It works, but the headphones jack is finicky and the plug must be played with to work properly. Also, people can't hear me during phone calls unless I use speaker. I've replaced this part 3 times. 2/3 replacement ports had this issues however, I don't believe I purchased the other 2 from this seller. The one port that didn't have the phone call issue, did have a similar headphones jack issue.

Didn't work. Not sure why.
