The media could not be loaded. Michael and his team are truly AMAZING! The customer service that comes with this A3 DTG & DTF printer is second to none. Although the printer doesn't come with detailed instructions, Michael made sure I had his contact information right after I placed my order, which was incredibly reassuring.Not only is the support fantastic, but the print quality is outstanding. I was so excited when we did our first test print on a t-shirt—the colors were vivid, and the lines were crisp and clear. It exceeded my expectations and left me thrilled with the results.Throughout setup, any time I ran into questions, Michael was quick to respond, often sending pictures or videos to guide me step-by-step. When I encountered an issue during my first "powerful cleaning," he went above and beyond, scheduling a one-on-one session to troubleshoot with me.All in all, Michael spent hours helping me get up and running, and he did so with patience and a great sense of humor. It's rare to find this level of dedication and support, combined with such high-quality printing. I highly recommend this printer and team!

It was intimidating but Michael walked me through every step to set up. Sent me videos to help me with set up. Super patient with me while I got it set up. Prints well so far I will know more when I use it more. Right now I am satisfied I will update if there are any issues. 12/13/2024– So it’s been a few months and to date my ink lines were clogged. I bought the cleaning solution that was recommended. The machine got cleaned and it still won’t work. After discussion with customer service I was told that it may need a new motherboard or a new print head. I spend $5100 on this machine and now either spend more money to make it worm or kiss my $5100 goodbye. No longer a satisfied customer

The printer got here within 7 days, and it was easy to assemble. I did have issues getting the ink to filter through the pump, however, Michael was very patient and helped me troubleshoot to fix the problem. The test print quality was also very nice!

Purchased this printer for my business recently, came in a pallet and they did a good job with the packaging. Unboxing was easy. Setting up was another story, but the sales rep Michael was superb. He guided me through the set up and with in a couple of minutes the machine was working. Easy to use with clean prints. I’m a satisfied customer. Thank you Michael and the whole team!

The printer itself was easy enough to set up. Installing the ink and charging the machine was not a big deal. The software on the other had was a different story. No instructions on setup and the videos wasn't much help. I would have been very upset if it wasn't for Michael. He walked me through and helped with the setup for the printing. Many thanks to him for his patience and expertise.I was able to print using both DTF and DTG. Very happy with the outcome.

I was a little worried about setting up the printer since there were no instructions included, but Michael with customer service was amazing! He was very helpful and patient walking me through each step. IThe printer works well. It can do detailed colorful images directly to a white garment. I think to printing on transfer film and heat pressing it to darker fabrics makes the colors come out brighter. The printer does a fabulous job on transfers as well!

For the price this printer is state of the art especially when you consider great customer support.Michael will go all the way with installation and setup and even teach you how to print and use it.
