Great product
Comes assembled. It looks good too like someone too the care to make this item. Rubber strips on the bottom so it doesn't slide. It's very sturdy. If you're doing goblet squats or holding dumbbells at your sides for squats this does the trick for upright squats.

Build solid, good grip but may be unstable if not careful
Would have gotten 4 stars if it hadn’t tipped over a little the first time I stepped on it. Be sure to stay safely back from the top edge. Otherwise, fantastic product and does exactly what I needed.
