I have been slow to move to a smart watch preferring my Omega. I finally took the plunge because we had a steps competition at work! I can not recommend this watch enough. It is square looks like an expensive apple watch and does everything and more. Can not believe it even works as a GPS on my local golf course.

Love this watch. Good screen clarity. Health and fitness tracker are great. The app is easy to use. The battery life lasts a week easily. Great apps to download from the store. My hubby uses the golf app on this watch regularly when he plays. Would definitely recommend.

Bought in a flash sale deal, hence it was excellent value; unfortunately I cannot comment on functionality at this time as it is an Xmas present, but first impressions it looks very good. I just wanted to mention the colour, the shadow/slate grey colour is slightly lighter than shown imo, which was initially a bit of a surprise, but it does now look very classy and different, in a good way, without being overly bold/plain. The Venu SQ2 also has the facility to be able to replace the straps to any standard 20mm strap, without being restricted by a specific mounting system that some other Garmin watches have i.e. forerunner 35. This was a key reason for the purchase as was the advertised battery life, much improved over the predecessor. At this time very happy with the purchase and hopefully the recipient will be too. I will update the review on the functionality etc when I have set it up later in the year.

I love it. I bought my wife the standard sq. This is is so much better. The bright colour screen brilliant. All the functions are normal Garmin such as sleep hydration stress are excellent as is the connect ap. This only works on latest Android versions. My cheap Motorola has to go for a new phone which one is annoying. The Web site is also great. I'm looking forward to spending more time with it as I develop my training regime

Really impressed with this watch lots of functions and long battery life

This is my first smartwatch, purchased on the basis of lots of other positive reviews. I chose the square display as opposed to a round display in the belief it would display the information more clearly and bolder, which I think is true. This Garmin smartwatch is very easy to setup and to use. The range of information is comprehensive and presumably accurate. It does not give blood pressure information unless connected to a separate body monitor device. One of the Garmin's positive selling points as mentioned by many owners is its battery capacity. I wear mine overnight except when it is charging overnight once a week.

Bought as a gift at a good price.My son likes it, so that's the important thing.The issue is there is so many different smart watches its finding the right one for what you need
