Plano Prolatch Stowaway Storage Case

To the few reviews regarding problems or disappointment with the grommet/holes being on the lid, if you run your line on top of the spool and through the hole it will lay back into the lid when you open the box. It would be wise to tie a small loop know after the line is through the grommet to prevent it from falling back in when opening. By running the line to feed from under the spool and then through the grommet you are leaving no slack and when opening the lid it will pull more line out or pull out of grommet every time. Just some helpful advice to the few reviews that seemed to struggle with this concept. Plano makes good gear and this box is a decent fishing line box. Plano does make a slightly bigger box that does have the holes/grommets on the bottom instead of the lid.

these make it pretty easy to install new line on my reels. I will say however the smaller reels of line jump around a little. Be sure to buy full size reels of line.

I ordered 2 of these.Easy to set up and use, but I think it would have been better if the dispenser holes had been in the bottom of the unit instead of the top.They also, work great for the larger size spools like the braided line has, but they're quite loose for the shorter spools.

Just remember this is only for your small spools of line. 100 yards or less. Having said that it is nice for storing your spools of line.

I love this case and it sure cleaned up my loose spools and all in 1 case. I actually marked line weight on outside with a perm. marker. Each spot has a hole so you can pull line off each spool without removing spool from the case. I loved it so much I bought my avid fisherman doctor one. He loves it. Plano makes great quality items AR a fair price

I love this to pieces and it saves a ton of time except... with the holes in the lid instead of the base, it's horribly impractical to peek at line size or make changes. All of the lines seem to come out. I will be getting the one with the holes in the bottom. Lol

Liked the small holes for line to come out of the case even though I don't use them. Was able to fit more than the advertised amount of line when using smaller spools. Solid plastic. Typical decent Plano latches. Would buy again.

attenzione... è solo la scatola, senza le lenze! Dovrebbero però dichiararlo chiaramente nella descrizione perchè così trae in inganno. Ad ogni modo la tengo perchè è comunque comoda per imbobinare.
