I received this fan on time, plugged it in and it works perfectly. It really does help cool you down in the heat or if you get overheated physically working inside. I carry it in my purse at it works great each time I plug it in.

Got it, plugged it in phone, got nothing. Did a ton of research to try n figure it out. Nothing. Directions weren't included. Ugh!!!

It doesn't fit the phone with an Otterbox Case.
