Defective Unit - Backup Cam will not work - Carpuride will not correct the issueI bought this unit on Amazon, and the backup cam I got did not work. I emailed carpuride, and they sent me their own backup cam. It did not work,. They sent me a second cam. It also did not work. They then stopped responding to my emails. Junk product, junk company. They need to correct my defective unit.

If it's hot outside sometimes it will work & sometimes it won't it'll just go out for no reason & freezes up

Made out of cheap dollar store product plastic. Included mounts are not rigid and will shake the whole unit while driving over bumps. Included aux cable is very cheaply made. The Screen itself is not bad and is responsive to touch. Software is not slow but don't expect extreme snappyness like the latest android phones.Sound quality is bad. At first I thought it was the crappy cable it came with so I bought a high quality monster cable, which was too expensive for an aux cable just to rule that out and nothing changed. My stock radio in my 2011 BMW 335i sounded great. Very good detail in the lows and highs stock, but with this it sounds compressed and tinny. This is good for people that have older cars that have crappy sound anyways and want a big screen to display maps. For newer cars, stick to the proprietary android headunits.
