Easy to use
Works as advertised. Once you're used to the buttons then piece of cake. Instructions read across and then start over and go across the bottom. I read down and then across and down.... but once I realized my mistake then made sense.

Handy Monitor for DLS Camera
I bought this external monitor to be able to shoot video with my camera without having to squint at the small screen my camera has. This one mounts to the hot shoe or side mount (it doesn’t draw power from the camera). Plug and play connectivity via a HDMI cable, which is supplied. Bright colors. Easy to use. Lightweight but sturdy. My only complaint is that it overrides my cameras touch screen. This monitor is not a touch screen. I have to nplug the HDMI cable every time I want to make on s teen camera adjustments. Still, I’m happy with the monitor. It does what I expected it to do and it makes for easier video shooting with my camera.

Saved our VHS memories
While cleaning our attic we found a long forgotten box of VHS tapes. With this easy to use converter I saved those memories. It’s very easy to use but the buttons aren’t labeled so I have to keep the instruction close by. I highly recommend and the included high capacity usb stick was an added bonus.

This thing is a swing and a miss.
The box itself is pretty well made, but battery life is more like one hour, not the listed two. Based off of the product specs, you'd imagine the lower the resolution the higher the framerate you could record at, but the system seems to be locked to 15fps for all composite inputs. In other words, the thing isn't capable of the NSTC standard for composite of 480i and 29.97 fps. If you're hoping to use this device in a tapeless camcorder rig, I wouldn't recommend it. It has some other quirks as well, like being very picky about what cables it will charge from, and there's no way to turn the screen saver off while it's charging. Overall, I'm quite disappointed in this product for how much I paid for it. $109 is just too much for a product that can't even meet the quality of a 25 year old camcorder.

It works!
I was able to transfer my vhs movies to a sd card sold separately and the movies I transferred played on my android smartphone 😁😁

This does not work properly
It is not consistent. Sometimes it will copy and sometimes you have to turn it off and on to make it work. The first one I had would not even open the menu this one will work “sometimes”. Still deciding if I will keep this, it’s definitely not a good product.

Does What It Needs to Do
I am in the process of converting old VHS tapes to .mp4 videos. This works really well for the price. The only real issue I see that might be a problem is the heat generated. Since I am only converting about 45 minutes at a time, though, I think it will be fine.
