Q: I just received this watch and I can't turn it on. I've looked at instructions to use it but I haven't found answers does it not come with batteries?

Yes, it comes with the batteries. Universal CR-2032 lithium battery. Upper right button is the Start/Pause button.

Q: can you set this for SAT?

Does the watch lay flat? from the act website, "during testing your watch must be removed and placed on your desk face up."
