Brilliant Boxset,Great Info & Design

You're unlikely to be shelling out for this seven-CD set unless you're a fan of Stax music, so you've probably got a good idea of what you're getting if you buy this. Immaculately packaged, great liner notes, and simply wonderful music. This is a real treat.

Took me a bit to get through all the CDs but wow. Some of these demos are better (in my ears) than what got released. Some are also pretty rough audio wise but if you are a fan of Stax then this is a must have

If you love soul, then this compilation is definitely one for you. It's superbly presented in a 7" format comprising 7 Cds. The written essays are interesting and informative, and give further insight into Stax.Be aware that the box is very fragile and the pages can be difficult to turn at first. The CD inserts are also a bit fiddly so if you're hoping to keep this set mint then tread carefully!Even so, cracking box set that (at last) is finally coming down to a more affordable price (£71 at present) for people. Get it while you can.

昨年発売ですがやっと入手出来ました。デモ集でしたが、違和感無く楽しめました。

Great 7 disc collection of demos (which sounds great, some songs if I heard on the radio would never guess they were a demo). A really brilliant, well thought out box set. Fans of Stax records, or music lovers (especially from that era) won’t be disappointed .
