Some relief, mostly comfortable
I have a torn tendon in my shoulder, and needed some sort of compression. It’s not the best, I can’t really get it tight enough, but it does limit mobility enough to be comfortable for me. The Velcro doesn’t seem super strong, so we will see how long this can last. The date of this review is 9/7/24. Will update in time if it has any issues. So far I’m thankful to have found own small enough that fits. The ice pack is an added touch of greatness! Overall, I will recommend this for quality and price.

Awkward fit
This item fits weird. It does not exactly line up on the shoulder and you need 2 pairs of hands to adjust the velvet ro straps on the back.

Hard to use, uncomfortable, can't wear anything over it
Was hard to determine how to put it on, difficult to put on, once it is on it pokes up on the shoulder so you can't wear anything over it, and you can't wear it over clothes because it will bunch up your shirt. Very disappointing. You have to wear it like the model in the listing, with a top that has only strap shoulders and nothing over the brace.

Husband loves it for his shoulder and it can be hot or cold. Perfect for joint pain!!

Very difficult to put on
Once it is on it kind of helps. It’s difficult to keep the ice/heat pad in the place you need it to be. That’s not my issue though… putting this thing on would be only slightly difficult if you had no shoulder pain at all. If you do have shoulder pain and difficulty reaching behind your back (as I do, hence why I bought the product) it can be next to impossible to put the thing on. I have a damaged rotator cuff and it causes me the most pain when I am trying to put this brace on. Then once you do get it on the heat and/or cooling effect does not last long enough and is not hot enough or cold enough. I gave it two stars because it does at least help, a little, after you have won the fight to get it on.
