I really enjoyed this book! There is a story for each type of relationship and dating dilemma/ scenario a woman may experience the joy and the pain. Each story crafted expertly and using a variety of literally methods that you won’t see the ending coming until it comes up and bites you and leaves you gobsmacked. Beautifully written, diverse characters, storylines and situations that all resonate deeply and read as cautionary tales. You really won’t believe the audacity of the men portrayed and the strength of the women who will fight to rise above and overcome them. A triumph!

Great book. Enjoyed all the stories. Even learnt some new words too. As a Nigerian this was very relatable and interesting.

I enjoyed reading this book a lot. An easy read - you can read it in a few hours or days to be honest but the stories were also rather heavy. The stories were different from each other and there was always a plot twist at the end. Aaaaargh. I felt that at each point I had to take a break upon finishing one story. I think the problem with short stories is that you want the plot to continue but it doesn't. Either way, I would definitely recommend this and I will pick up another book by the same author.

A fun read

I enjoyed this collation of stories and got deeply into each and everyone one of them. A journey of emotions with each page, I was hooked and it’s been a while since I’ve managed to finish a fiction book at once without breaks due to boredom. I’d highly recommend this and look forward to reading more from this fantastic author!
