Necoichi Elevated Cat Food Bowl Series (Extra Wide Fuji)

I bought 2 of the tilted extra large. Took a day or two for cats to get used to as these are the first raised and tilted bowls they have had. I love these bowls! They are easy to clean. I can put them in the microwave for a few seconds to warm up wet cat food from the fridge. The quality is excellent and the designs are adorable. I'm happy that my cats don't have to bend over or squat down to eat anymore. I'm sure they are too! Also I can see that their whiskers don't touch the bowls at all. Because they are shallow and tilted I need to be a bit more careful with adding liquid to the food but it works. They have gripping rings around the base for no skidding. My male cat had a habit of turing over his stainless steel bowl. Now he can't. Expense was well worth it. They are well made and will last a long time.

Was advised that it was easier and more comfortable for my larger cats to eat from these, so I bought many. I like the Ease of eating:Great! I spoon it in and furbabies experience no whisker fatigue. They prefer it to crouching over a bowl. It is easy for me to add more food as they are ready for it, too. Cat health:I learned years ago to avoid plastic after cat got a rash on his chin from that. Stainless or china solved this problem. Also, I used a lead tester kit to make sure there was no leaching as is common with many older or overseas pet-oriented cat bowls. These were fine. Ease of removal:Super easy and although these come with removable stop-glides on the bottom, I don’t need to use them now. My cats are not bowl pushers and I was forgetting to remove them sometimes before loading the dishwasher. Sturdiness:Very solid, unless you drop them one on a hardwood or marble floor. Then it shatters. They hold up extremely well in the dishwasher, even after hundreds of washes.

I got the extra wide tilted version and it is the best food bowl I have ever purchased. It is so good that I want to throw away my other bowls and buy more of this one.It is very wide so it can fit a lot of food and allow for a comfortable eating experience. The height is perfect, the angle helps when your cat pushes the food up the bowl with licking, and if it gets to the edge there is even a slight lip to try and keep the food from falling out. It is made out of porcelain which is a smoother and higher quality material than regular ceramic bowls.It is a bit pricey, but I think it is worth it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a very fussy 18 year old cat - she has recently had issues with her stomach and started howling when she drank water. I’ve had this bowl a week now and she has no issue using it, which is miraculous. I’ve already noticed she gets an upset stomach less frequently, and howls less frequently at her water bowl. It’s a good height for her. Worth the price.

looks super cute, i love the color and pattern!! this raised bowl makes meal time so much easier for my cat, and holds up well despite her trying to knock her dish over sometimes!

I love it, I just think the wet food dries up instantly and it makes the cleaning process difficult. I have to soak it for a few minutes to properly clean it. Otherwise it’s purfect!

I admit that I bought this because it looks really cool and the brand makes high quality ceramics. I noticed that my cats’ posture is not hunched over and they eat most of their food at once instead of milling around. Highly recommend even though they are expensive.

We got the product for our two cats, they enjoy their food more because the raised bowl and improve cat health. Beautiful appeareance and sturdy enough, quality ceramic.
