Product was defective, the holes in the wooden planks were not proper for the screws to fit in. Inspite of Amazon promising a 10 day replacement, my product was placed for return without any replacement. I need to place a fresh order which does not make sense.

I'm using this bed for last one year , is pretty good. Match with the description of the item.This bed is not recommended where child is using, as it is not so hardy for a child to limping.

Ordered this product in a tier 3 city. Was sceptical as first om how amazon will deliver and assemble it. But Amazon didnt disappoint. It arrived on time. Delivery team was kind enough to drop the product on first floor of my house via stairs. Assembly service was good and ontime as well. All parts were available and fitting is perfect. It was just like it was described. The product is available in on amazon at a cheaper rate than other web portals as well. Size measurements provided in specs are just right. The height of the bed is good unlike many other bed where height os only 30cm or so. Good value for money product

Pathetic quality control by the brand. The entire set of 3 boxes were pre opened and re sealed. The wooden surfaces have scratches. The engineered wood is already coming off the edges, right out of a supposedly brand new box. The edges have clear signs of shoddy pasting work done, which seems to be some sort of a repair. Even the screws and the hardware items are not in the brand packaging and were in bubble paper or random plastic bags.Buy directly from Neel kamal, it might take more time but chances of tampering and refurbished item are not there.

This bed looks really good it will give you rich like feeling but when we sleep it makes horrible sounds as if it won't go for long period not even one yr totally I wasted my money rs 14199.while purchasing the item show replacement service but now I'm replacing it it shows you don't have and thing toh buy kindly thik before you buy

The bed is very beautiful. It is very big in size and it is very comfortable also. The installation was quite quick and the bed is also heavy. Easily can take weight of 3 adults. I’m getting a lot of compliments from people about the look of the bed. Everyone keeps asking from where did I get the bed. Everyone who is looking for beautiful, classy, comfortable and most importantly affordable bed, should go for it.
