Back Stretcher for Lower Pain Relief, Cracking Device, Multi-Level Massager Cracker Board, Spine Relief Herniated Disc, Sciatica, Scoliosis

I've always been dealing with lower back pain from working in an office chair 8 hours a day. Could never find a good stretch that would help relax my muscles and align my spine properly. Been using this device for 5 minutes a day in the evening and I'm surprised how much better I feel. I am no longer constantly laying on the ground stretching or having my daughter walk on my back to pop it :) For the price point I very highly recommend giving it a shot.

Easy to put together, a little difficult to use starting out, but stay with it - you'll find it worthwhile.40 years of sitting at an office desk with computer, plus computer at home, plus overweight and not getting regular exercise, I was always hunched over and easily tired standing. Started using this along with yoga breathing; after 1-2 minutes, spine would relax little by little and so would upper body. Felt really good. Could only tolerate short periods at first, later able to lengthen and enjoy the relaxed muscles more. Use with knees bent, feet on floor (or mat or bed).

Solid and compact. Perfect for when I can't get to my chiropractor.

Now this thing has never once been able to pop my back and it hurts like a mother but in a good way. While my back never pops it still definitely helps to decompress it and reduce the total pain by a lot. I'd reccomend one of these especially because of the price.

Love to use this in between chiropractor appointments. Works really well. Have had no issues with it.

I bought this because at 27 years old I twisted wrong and felt like I couldn't stand up. After a few days of pain and my back feeling tight I followed the steps with the included instru tons. After the first use my pain was maybe half of what it was. After the third and fourth days of use I hardly had any pain left. After 2 weeks of not using, I still don't have any pain, but when I do I use it again and poof. Instant relief. Also was a great way to crack my own back.

If you're looking for a good product to help you stretch or get those cracks down your spine for a nice fulfilling feeling well KEEP LOOKING cause that ain't gonna happen with this trashy piece of plastic. The design is poor and the product itself is so cheaply made. I'm a skinnier guy and this thing came close to snapping a few times. Save your money and learn some stretching techniques or find a better product but run... run as fast as you can from this product.

I received this yesterday. The directions were a little odd. It shows a young woman holding the backrest and it instructed to "bend" thst piece prior to putting it in the foundation. It looks like she is easily bending this very hard piece of plastic. I couldn't do it so I stuck one end into the base then, not easily, bent it enough.. with a lot of trying ... into the top slot where ut belongs. There also is a blue foam strip but nothing is written about it. I believe the ends of the strip SHOULD HAVE been forced into slits at each end BEFORE the hard plastic was bent and put om the base. I forced the ends into each slot with a flat metal object. That's about all for the assembly.The actual use instructions are clear. So far good. Today, second use, my back muscles are a little sore. The first use felt more comfortable and weren't sore to start. During the night I felt what seemed to be a vertebrae pop into place. This can also be used sitting in a large chair.
