Q: Does this only work with the core classes? How does it work with the expansions?

It works with ALL 10 classes. But the expansions for levels 5+ come with the class expansion packs themselves, not in the Heavenfall set. Since the expansions are modular you can use any expansion you like with the campaign mode that Heavenfall introduces. Provided the campaign setup doesn't have any stipulations or restrictions.
