Great product, helps with bad knees

I wish I had taken before and after photos. This stuff works for hair growth. I’ve always had areas on my head where there is very little hair.. I’m not even finished with the first bottle of MSM and the hair in these areas has already filled in tremendously. I highly recommend this product! I did not have high expectations and am pleasantly surprised.

I thought I would try this product because my usual product was out of stock and this product was cheaper. I am not disappointed. It's easy to swallow which is a plus for me. I can break them open and put them in my juice if I choose to.

It works fairly quickly! I noticed a difference after only 3 capsules. Less pain in arthritic hands and more range of motion.
