I bought my boyfriend a smaller model Keurig in November from a different store as part of a pre-Black Friday sale. It lasted less than four months and just stopped working. He had previously had a no-name single brewer that lasted more than 10 years. We chose this machine based on reviews and price. So far so good, very simple design/operation, no issues. I'll update later if any issues arise.

Love this coffee maker and the thermos that comes with it! It saves so much space on my small counter and heats up pretty quick for how hot it gets. Definitely would buy it again for whenever this one gives out.

I love this little coffee maker!! I feel like the coffee comes out hotter than a keurig which is a huge plus considering the price difference. I think when I bought this it was $19.99 and it’s been great. My only complaint and why I gave it 4 stars is you can only fit a 14 ounce cup under it, not your usual 16ounce yeti/rtic/hogg/corkcicle cup because they are too tall. I wish there was a little more space for a taller cup. And although it comes with a cup, only the interior is Stainless Steel. My bad on not reading the description which is “Stainless Steel Interior Thermal Travel Mug”. It’s not like a yeti or regular full stainless steel tumbler, it is plastic on the outside which doesn’t help keep the coffee hot. 14 ounces is plenty of coffee for me but I want the coffee to stay hot until I put a cover on it. So I use a wine tumbler that fits underneath and then I pour it into a regular 16oz tumbler. And for the price I’m ok with it. However I still love the color and temp of the coffee!!! It also doesn’t retain a weird taste like the Keurig does after a while even after cleaning it. I love this coffee maker!

Best $20 I’ve spent on Amazon yet. I have absolutely no complaints about this coffee maker. It’s inexpensive and works great. I purchased it twice. The reason I had to replace the first one was my own mistake. I wish I could find one what takes pods. Until then I’ll just stick with this one.

I’m surprised, such a small coffee pot & it works. It brews effortlessly with no sound like the larger ones. When I pour from the carafe, it doesn’t leak.Hot plate is great & coffee quality is good.

I have used this for a while now to make tea with first thing in the morning. I don't drink coffee but do hot tea. However it does not hold 4 cups of water to brew coffee or tea. Using a measuring cup the best I can do is 2.5 cups, which is about 1 and a half of my mug full.

Its okay. The coffee maker is good, but the cup is kinda bad. If you hope to get an insulated cup to keep coffee warm for hours - no. And hour - no. Half hour - maybe. 10 minutes - sure. The lid isn't 100% secure, meaning drips after drinking as coffee leaks a bit through the threads. Maybe it would have been better to get a lid that actually seals with a good rubber gasket. And the cup won't store in the coffee maker with the lid on. Fine for when you want to make coffee, not as good when you are finished with the cup.

This coffee pot worked satisfactorily before it suddenly died (7 months after purchase). I used it daily for its 2-cup capacity, and it worked like a charm. The life of the coffee pot is not long; you will get your money's worth. However, I do recommend it for a quick replacement or first buy for brewed coffee or hot water, but do not expect long life!!
